As the founder of Modern Marketing Legal, LLC, Caitlin LoCascio-King is about helping legal professionals navigate the ever-evolving landscape of branding, social media and digital marketing, providing a unique blend of legal expertise and marketing savvy. Her mission is about empowering attorneys to thrive in the digital age while maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards of the legal profession.

With a legal career spanning over a decade, Caitlin is an attorney admitted to practice in both the State of Maine and the United States District Court, District of Maine. She works with individuals and families to plan for their futures and small businesses to improve their bottom lines.

In 2016, she ventured into the world of e-commerce, providing guidance to Etsy and e-commerce sellers on best business practices. In 2018, she formally launched a social media consulting business. Since then, she has worked with businesses of all sizes, from local entrepreneurs to international companies, across a diverse spectrum of industries. Her focus for all clients is building and solidifying branding, social media presence and digital marketing strategies.

Throughout her journey, Caitlin noticed a compelling intersection between law and modern, digital marketing. This often led to conversations with fellow attorneys who were intrigued but apprehensive. Caitlin decided to deep-dive into the professional rules and ethics governing the practice of law and so as to bridge this gap. In the summer of 2023, she decided to unite her two worlds, dedicating herself to shaping the digital future of lawyers and law firms.

Caitlin lives in Scarborough, Maine, with her husband, children and the family’s beagle-mix rescues and barn cats.
